Luxoft Financial Services is seeking an experienced Loan IQ Product Owner to lead the strategic development, optimisation, and delivery of the Loan IQ platform for one of our largest global banking clients. This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, owning the product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for complex lending platforms and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in syndicated and bilateral lending operations with strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience. Acting as the voice of the business, you will ensure Loan IQ capabilities align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, operational efficiency goals, and long-term platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Loan IQ product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities
  • Own and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities
  • Translate business objectives into features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, risk reduction, client needs, and technical feasibility
  • Lead continuous improvement of Loan IQ capabilities and lending processes

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Lending Operations, Middle Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology
  • Act as the functional SME and authority for Loan IQ
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
  • Build consensus and provide clear product direction across diverse teams
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders

Delivery Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, BAs, architects, QA, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
  • Ensure solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change throughout delivery
  • Oversee releases, adoption, and post-implementation support

Loan IQ Platform & Lending Expertise

  • Syndicated & bilateral lending
  • Agency functions & servicing
  • Settlements, interest processing, fees
  • End-to-end loan lifecycle events
  • Support Loan IQ upgrades, integrations, migrations, and platform enhancements
  • Assess impacts of new products and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with architecture teams on scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Drive standardisation and best practices across operations and technology

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience with Loan IQ in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or Lending Operations
  • Syndicated loans

  • Loan lifecycle management
