Senior QA Automation Python Scripting Engineer

Currently, we are expanding for our Swedish customers and are looking for Automotive scripting engineers with knowledge of build systems to join our team. You will be part of our growing organization in Sweden and will contribute to developing next-generation systems for the automotive industry in the era of connected, autonomous, electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripting and programming automation activities.
• Create scripts and tools to support automation of AUTOSAR application development, integration, release, and base software configuration.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure components supporting the CI/CD ecosystem.
• Automate routine tasks through scripting to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Continuously evaluate and improve tools, processes, and workflows to significantly reduce build times and improve test execution speed.

Skills

Must have

• Automotive domain expertise
• Experience with Bazel, CMake, Python, JavaScript
• Knowledge of build files and infrastructure
• Soft skills: team player, pragmatic, excellent communication skills to advise and support the organization

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins, Gerrit, WSL, Docker, Artifactory, and Linux
• Insight into all stages of software deployment, especially automated build systems
• Experience in safety-critical development and understanding of CI/CD implications
