Luxoft is supporting a major financial services client on a critical KYC transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst to play a key role in migrating KYC workflow data from legacy tools (Jira, Excel, Access) into a strategic nCino (Salesforce-based) platform. This role is pivotal to ensuring data integrity, workflow accuracy, SLA tracking, and auditability at go-live while minimising operational and regulatory risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse legacy KYC workflow datasets to identify in-flight onboarding & renewal cases for migration.
  • Define migration scope, cut-off rules, assumptions and exclusions.
  • Create detailed source-to-target mappings aligned to Salesforce/nCino data models, including:
    • Workflow and case status mapping
    • Ownership, roles, and queues
    • Regional and entity attributes
  • Assess and support remediation of data quality issues pre-migration.
  • Support trial data loads (Sandbox/UAT) and validate:
    • Record counts and completeness
    • Workflow usability in nCino
  • Perform post-migration reconciliation and exception analysis.
  • Support UAT validation and ensure data behaves correctly in workflows and dashboards.
  • Produce audit-ready documentation (mapping, validation, reconciliation, sign-off).
  • Act as the Data Migration SME, collaborating with Business, Tech teams, and implementation partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst in Salesforce environments.
  • Strong capabilities in data profiling, mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
  • Experience working with Salesforce platforms (ideally nCino): Understanding of objects, fields, workflows, reporting.
  • Ability to define data transformation logic aligned to workflow systems.
  • Strong documentation skills for audit and governance deliverables.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong risk & control mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering data migration projects in Salesforce/nCino.
  • Experience with KYC / onboarding / regulatory workflows in financial services.
  • Background working with legacy / tactical tools migration (e.g. Jira, Excel trackers).
  • Comfortable collaborating across Business, Technology, and third-party vendors.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin, Reporting or Migration).
  • Salesforce or nCino certifications.
  • Work on large-scale, high-impact transformation programmes.
  • Collaborate with leading financial institutions.
  • Be part of a global technology consulting leader.
  • Opportunity to specialise in Salesforce & nCino ecosystems.
