Luxoft is helping modernise the tech stack of one of our buy side customers — we’re building a brand‑new Python‑based application that helps their marketing team automatically create both short‑form and long‑form content using Generative AI + NLP. Think smarter workflows, faster content production, and AI that actually helps instead of getting in the way.

What you’ll be doing- Partner with business teams, BAs, architects and get deep into new requirements fast.
- Work day‑to‑day with designers, devs, copywriters & other IT teams.
- Analyse the current solution and recommend improvements.
- Build, test, refactor, improve — the usual, but with a lot of autonomy.
- Help evolve our processes to level‑up the entire team.
- Communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
- Bring strong technical ownership + problem‑solving + thought leadership.
- Core Engineering: Cloud experience — ideally AWS (eventing, queues, serverless, secrets, monitoring, etc.). Excellent debugging and SDLC ownership. Some frontend chops with React (TypeScript) — state mgmt, routing, API integrations, component tests.
- Generative AI / ML: Experience building AI agents. Hands‑on with LangChain / LangGraph. Knowledge of vector DBs + RAG (chunking, embeddings, retrieval). Understanding ML basics relevant to content generation (embeddings, tokenisation, fine‑tuning/LoRA, evaluation).
- Understanding of event‑driven architectures.
Hybrid – split between home and our London office. Flexible, collaborative, and designed for balance.
