Overview
In this role you will own the strategic development, optimization, and delivery of Loan IQ training for a major client, aligning business and technology needs.
You will shape the training plan, collaborate with Loan IQ SMEs, and build materials for diverse audiences.
You’ll address both basic and advanced lending topics, Data Net usage, and SDK techniques to empower users.
You’ll mentor teams to sustain training quality and drive adoption, contributing to transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Define and own a detailed training plan for Lending, Data Net, and Loan IQ audiences
- Create and deliver training material with Loan Product and Loan IQ SMEs
- Deliver Lending Basics and Advanced Lending Concepts training
- Provide Loan IQ Business training covering lifecycle, accounting, cashflows, and payments
- Train Data Net users on reports and configuration
- Deliver Loan IQ Technical training on system, data model, queries, and batch configuration
- Cover SDK development and release practices
- Ensure audience readiness to sustain training material post-delivery

- SME knowledge of Loan Product and Loan IQ data model with version 7+
- 8+ years' Loan IQ experience (Product Ownership or Loan Operations)
