These projects are technically demanding and operate in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a business analyst technical background to provide network analysis, coordination, and technology solutions supporting all global regions. The primary focus will be on either AMERS, EMEA, or APAC within the Engineering and Technology group.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, and modification of small to medium-scale infrastructures.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Developers, Business Analysts, and other internal teams on all activities related to data feed delivery.
- Coordinate with communications/circuit vendors and exchanges on network design, implementation, changes, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the analysis and design of complex solutions and requirements definition.
- Translate technical and business requirements into communications orders.
- Identify practical solutions and obtain agreement on proposed approaches.
- Document information necessary for deployment in Operations.
- Research and analyze problems with minimal supervision, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved promptly.
- Execute major and minor projects, including implementation of various solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Generate data and information for weekly and monthly reports on trackable metrics.
