Project description: SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY); SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance, Compensation) for US; SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance) for MX; SuccessFactors modules (Goals, Performance) for LATAM and APAC; FIORI Application (ESS and MSS); Manual testing tools; Solman/Cloud ALM; Automation tool desirable: TOSCA Tricentis.
Responsibilities: Derive test strategy from BRD/FRD/Design, focusing on risk & regulatory priorities (US, MX). Build Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in SolMan/Cloud ALM; define entry/exit criteria. Identify regression scope and automation candidates (TOSCA).
Must have: 6+ years work experience and knowledge with respect to functionalities to drive the testing workflow process.
Nice to have: Certifications.
