Luxoft Financial Services is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex Treasury transformation initiatives and drive our Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy for leading financial institutions. This is a strategic leadership role combining deep expertise in Treasury & Capital Markets with the ability to shape, position, and deliver innovative digital asset solutions. Working across business, operations, risk, finance, legal, and technology, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into scalable solutions. You will play a key role in defining target operating models, delivering major transformation programmes, and establishing Luxoft's footprint in the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end functional analysis across Treasury, payments, liquidity, and transaction-driven processes
- Partner with stakeholders to define business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
- Analyse current-state operating models and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and transformation
- Design target-state processes, operating models, and solution frameworks
- Produce high-quality artefacts including: Business requirements & functional specifications, Process maps & impact assessments, Assumptions, dependencies, constraints & traceability
- Act as a senior functional lead, supporting programme execution across scope, risks, and change
- Provide strategic insights, constructive challenge, and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Digital Assets & Innovation
- Lead analysis and solution design for Digital Asset, Tokenisation, and DLT initiatives
- Treasury operating models
- Settlement and liquidity processes
- Custody, controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Evaluate emerging technologies, balancing innovation, risk, and operational practicality
- Support clients in defining digital asset operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Go-to-Market Leadership
- Own and drive the Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy
- Identify market opportunities, client needs, and industry trends across Treasury and capital markets
- Develop service offerings, value propositions, and solution frameworks
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams on client pursuits and proposals
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, contributing to business growth and strategic engagements
