Project is a strategic automation and operational resilience initiative focused on automating 350+ manual operational jobs that people are currently doing by hand. Some live in Excel. The format doesn't matter - what matters is automating them to reduce operational risk, effort, and error. We're building automation solutions on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, Python) and integrating with existing operational tools (Control-M, monitoring platforms, APIs). Taking ownership of manual operational processes Building production automation (Python, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, orchestrators) Reducing operational risk and manual effort through intelligent automation Has taken ownership of an operational automation project from concept to delivery. Delivered production automation that replaced manual work. Operational Automation (CRITICAL) Has automated manual operational processes (not tests). Built solutions that replaced or eliminated manual work. Python Good level of Python. Hands-on production experience. AWS Services Data Pipelines & Scripting Understanding of data pipelines. Comfort with scripting (Python, Bash, etc.). Financial services or regulated environment experience Operational resilience concepts (SRE, monitoring, alerting) AWS advanced services (SNS/SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch) Modernizing manual/spreadsheet-based processes English: Automated Testing Python
