Luxoft is partnering with a leading global financial institution to deliver a major transformation programme within Corporate Actions Operations. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Business Analyst to play a key role in integrating a new Corporate Actions management platform across complex systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a high-impact programme, driving data integration, workflow design, and operational excellence. You will act as a subject matter expert in Corporate Actions Operations, contributing across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to implementation and testing.

The role involves working with multiple systems including Gloss, Middleware, Swift Gateway, Murex, Bloomberg (BBG), and Apex, with a new platform being introduced at the core of the architecture.

About the Role
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements, technical design overviews, and specifications
  • Lead solution design discussions with business and IT stakeholders
  • Perform data mapping and resolve data modelling challenges
  • Produce and manage key documentation (BRDs, FSDs, TDOs, test plans, etc.)
  • Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Develop testing strategies, execute test cases, and present results
  • Provide regular project updates, risk escalation, and status reporting
  • Ensure all project artefacts are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
  • Champion a delivery-focused, collaborative, and solutions-driven culture
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Corporate Actions
  • Background in a top-tier bank or financial services consultancy
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Experience creating requirements, design, and testing documentation
  • Solid knowledge of Corporate Actions and core banking operations
  • Experience with data mapping and data modelling challenges
  • Working knowledge of SQL (data querying & analysis)
  • Exposure to systems such as Gloss, Swift Gateway, Murex, Bloomberg, Apex
  • Product knowledge across Bonds, Derivatives, Securities Financing, FX, Loans & Deposits
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with the listed applications (Gloss, Middleware, Swift Gateway, Murex, BBG, Apex)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and design efficient workflows
