We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Treasury and Liquidity Regulatory Reporting and hands-on experience with AxiomSL (Nasdaq). The role will focus on delivering and enhancing regulatory reporting solutions aligned with EBA liquidity frameworks, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements related to EBA liquidity reporting.
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT teams to implement and enhance liquidity reporting solutions.
- Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., EBA guidelines) into functional specifications and business processes.
- Support delivery of key liquidity metrics including: Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and Additional Liquidity Monitoring Metrics (ALMM).
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and lineage tracing across source systems.
- Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to define remediation strategies.
- Participate in UAT testing, validation, and reconciliation of regulatory reports.
- Ensure data quality, controls, and governance standards are maintained.
- Support regulatory change initiatives and ongoing compliance updates.
- Produce clear documentation including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and data dictionaries.
Skills
- Must have
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.
- Proven expertise in Treasury and Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM).
- Hands-on experience with AxiomSL (Nasdaq Regulatory Reporting platform).
- Solid understanding of EBA liquidity regulations and reporting frameworks.
- Strong data analysis and data mapping skills, including lineage tracing.
- Experience working with large data sets and complex data architectures.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting data models and controls.
- Experience in UAT, reconciliation, and regulatory report validation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Nice to have
- Experience with COREP / FINREP or other EBA regulatory reports.
- Exposure to data platforms (e.g., SQL, Azure, Databricks).
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
