Luxoft is partnering with a top-tier Hedge Fund that is rapidly expanding its AI-driven workflows and platforms. We are seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure that enables secure, scalable, and reliable deployment of AI workloads. This role is focused on platform engineering excellence—ensuring that AI systems run safely, efficiently, and at scale in security-sensitive, multi-tenant environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement container-based architectures for secure, multi-tenant AI environment
- Build and manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including networking, RBAC, and security policies
- Develop and enforce network isolation strategies (CNI, service mesh, access controls)
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and repeatable deployment
- Establish and promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices for reproducibility and auditability
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to support workload deployment, while maintaining focus on platform integrity
- Ensure platform reliability through observability, scalability, and operational best practice
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) cluster design, networking (CNI, service mesh), RBAC, and security
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud services: VPC architecture, IAM, ECS/EKS, networking, security groups
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD tools: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
- Programming skills in Python and/or Go for automation and tooling
- Professional experience: BS + 5 years OR MS + 3 years in Platform / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of cloud-native ecosystems, container security, and AI workload deployment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AI infrastructure and agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure supporting long-running or autonomous AI workloads
