Luxoft is hiring for a Senior KDB Developer to design, develop and optimize high performance data platforms built on kdb+.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in kdb+ tick architecture, performance tuning at scale and close collaboration with business stakeholder - particularly within Risk functions - to deliver robust, efficient and maintainable solutions.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade kdb+ tick architectures
- Build and optimize platforms handling large-scale, high-frequency datasets
- Drive performance improvements across q queries, data models, and ingestion pipelines
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and Risk teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Lead technical best practices, code quality initiatives, and performance benchmarking
- Mentor developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
- Participate in architecture reviews, production support, and complex problem resolution
- Work within Agile delivery teams from design through deployment
