About the Role
Luxoft UK is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering compliance solutions for upcoming French (DGFIP) and Dubai e‑Invoicing and e‑Reporting mandates. With regulatory deadlines approaching in 2026 and 2027, this role offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact, cross‑border projects that shape the future of digital finance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret French and Dubai e‑Invoicing regulatory requirements.
- Translate legal and compliance documentation into actionable business and functional requirements.
- Engage stakeholders across Compliance, Tax, Finance, Legal, and IT to validate business needs.
- Define and document business processes and workflows for B2B/B2G electronic invoicing and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, document, and test compliant solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure traceability between regulatory requirements, business needs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on operations.
- Liaise with external platforms (PPF/PDP) where applicable.
- Produce Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents, test plans, and project status reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills (written and oral).
- Proven business analysis experience within a top‑tier bank or consultancy.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycles, scope definition, requirements gathering, and testing.
- Familiarity with technology and software development lifecycles.
- Experience with regulatory projects and reporting.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work independently or with senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
