Project description: Luxoft DXC Technology Company specializes in consulting and implementing complex projects within the financial and insurance sectors. In collaboration with our client, we consistently deliver high-quality results. For a client in the insurance segment, we are seeking a Project Manager to serve as Data Migration Workstream Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex data migration activities within a Financial Crime transformation program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the data migration workstream (covering extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation)
- Draft and own the migration runbook
- Manage delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (data, SMEs, technology, third party vendor)
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and third parties
- Oversee data quality, reconciliation, and validation processes post-migration
- Facilitate issue resolution and decision making across programme layers
- Support cutover planning, deployment, and post-migration stabilisation
Skills:
- Proven experience leading a data migration within a complex programme
- Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technical audiences
- Data mapping and transformation
- Data cleansing and enrichment
- Migration tooling and reconciliation processes
- Strong project management capability across full lifecycle delivery
- Ability to clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and progress
- Experience producing governance outputs (e.g. steering reports, RAID management, dashboards)
- Experience working within financial services
- Outcome-focused with strong delivery accountability
