This opening is for an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, where Luxoft is working with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars.

Luxoft is collaborating on Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware and Software Architecture areas with the OEM directly. Luxoft is expected to deliver quality and expert support in the above areas, drive topics independently, and liaise with other OEM stakeholders to remove blockers.

The Cyber Security Test Lead (ADAS) will define, drive, and execute the end-to-end security testing strategy for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This role is responsible for ensuring the cyber resilience of ADAS software and Electronic Control Units (ECUs) across all vehicle lines and product releases. As a technical leader, this role oversees test execution at the software integration level, coordinates vehicle-level penetration testing with the Central Cyber Hub, and mentors a team of security testers. This position serves as the primary strategic interface between the ADAS business unit and the Central Cyber Security team.

The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, have a never give up attitude, and be a self-starter who can think of out-of-box solutions. The successful candidate will be a team player, displaying a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the Cyber Security Test Plan and Strategy for ADAS systems
  • Drive cyber security testing at software integration level
  • Develop ECU Penetration Test plans and lead execution
  • Provide vehicle-level test planning support to Central Cyber Hub
  • Lead and mentor a team of cyber security testers
  • Review deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and standards
  • Foster capability in modern automotive security techniques
  • Act as interface between ADAS and Central Cyber Security team
  • Ensure alignment with corporate policies and risk appetite
  • Track and manage vulnerabilities and ensure remediation follow-up
Mandatory Skills
  • Experience in cyber security, penetration testing, or test leadership in automotive domain
  • Strong knowledge of ADAS systems, sensors and communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, UDS)
  • Hands-on experience in penetration testing, fuzzing, vulnerability analysis
  • Understanding of ISO 21434 and automotive security frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD security testing pipelines
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to bridge ADAS teams and central security functions
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • ISTQB Certified Test Manager or any other relevant certifications
