Move beyond analysis and into strategic implementation. This is your chance to bridge the gap between pure business analysis and high-level consultancy. You’ll shape IAM principles for a global investment banking operation while gaining exposure to a consultancy-style approach with financial services clients. This gives you the chance to position yourself as a key advisor in access management, not just a documenter of requirements. With tailored internal training and career mobility built in, you can redirect your path towards strategy and implementation. You’ll also enjoy 28 days’ holiday and flexible working options to fit your lifestyle. Along the way, you’ll work on high‑profile projects that establish critical IAM frameworks, giving you both the technical and business credibility to advance in heavily regulated environments.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll gather and document business requirements and functional specifications, shaping them with your deep IAM knowledge.
  • You’ll present solutions to business users, sometimes using live data to illustrate impact.
  • You’ll develop test strategies, write test plans, and support both system and user acceptance testing to ensure smooth delivery.
  • You’ll also compile test results and provide insightful status updates to stakeholders.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll advise on technical solutions and vendor landscapes, bridging the gap between business and technology.
  • Your analytical skills will help resolve complex issues, while your stakeholder management will ensure alignment across projects.

What you’ll need

  • Strong business analysis experience in security, access management, or technology change programmes.
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts like least privilege, SoD, RBAC, and entitlements.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as EBA-ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, or FCA.
