We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Compliance domain expertise to join a high-performing team delivering complex, business-critical initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, driving impactful change across compliance processes, systems, and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, FSDs, test plans, test cases)
  • Facilitate workshops and present solutions to stakeholders
  • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Define testing approaches and lead SIT/UAT phases
  • Analyse data, perform reconciliations, and support issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within a top-tier bank or consultancy
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
  • Expertise in Compliance (e.g. data governance, regulatory reporting, surveillance) or Financial Crime (AML, KYC, sanctions)
  • Solid knowledge of financial products (e.g. Bonds, Derivatives, FX, Securities Financing, Loans)
  • Experience with data analysis and reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of SQL (data querying and investigation)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business
  • Experience with trading platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, Murex, Apex)
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and documentation skills
