Project description: Hogan Product Development involves designing, developing, installing, testing, and documenting complex applications software. It includes contributing to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components and providing work guidance to less experienced personnel. - Mainframe/COBOL 5+ years Hogan ILP experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
