AWS Architect

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of a multi‑region disaster recovery architecture, AWS Outposts hybrid deployment, and cross‑cloud Azure Blob Safe Harbor integration. This is a senior technical leadership role, working closely with engineering teams to deliver a resilient, compliant, and operationally mature platform across AWS eu‑west‑2, eu‑west‑1, AWS Outposts, and Azure Blob Storage.

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate a resilient three‑tier hybrid architecture across AWS Outposts, AWS accounts, and AWS‑to‑Azure connectivity.
• Scope includes workload configuration, cross‑region data replication, Azure Blob Safe Harbor integration, observability, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide end‑to‑end technical leadership, ensuring compliance and operational maturity in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and business teams to align architecture with strategic goals.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years cloud architecture experience.
• 5+ years AWS architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Market Infrastructure providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• AWS networking (VPC, TGW, routing).
• Disaster Recovery architecture and cross‑region database replication.
• AWS security architecture.
• Azure Blob Storage integration and cross‑cloud architecture experience.
• AWS Global Accelerator, AWS DataSync, Step Functions/Lambda orchestration.
• Experience in GDPR / regulated environments.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
