What does this role involve?
As a Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop and maintain software solutions into one of our dedicated cross functional product teams, working to agreed engineering standards and best practice. You’ll build well‑structured, scalable code that supports strategic objectives and is written to be testable, following a Test‑Driven Development (TDD) approach. The role spans the full development lifecycle, including coding, refactoring, testing and documentation. You’ll contribute to testing creating test cases, scripts and test data, and analysing results to ensure solutions meet quality and performance expectations. You’ll work in cloud‑based environments across AWS and Azure, supporting the build, configuration and integration of software solutions. You’ll also support software integration activities, producing builds from source code, configuring environments, and contributing to integration testing in line with established procedures. Working collaboratively, you’ll take part in code reviews, support less experienced engineers, meet delivery deadlines, and help identify and resolve technical issues. You’ll also contribute to audits and reviews to ensure solutions comply with organisational standards and quality controls.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for Software Engineers with experience in any of the following tech stacks: C#, Python or Oracle. You’ll have a strong grounding in modern engineering practices, with experience writing clean, maintainable code and working to TDD principles. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and providing constructive feedback, while taking ownership of your work and delivering reliable, well‑engineered solutions.
