We're looking for a Revenue Protection Analyst to join our Warrant Recovery team and play a key role in identifying, investigating, and resolving revenue threats while helping recover outstanding balances owed to Utilita.

What does this role involve?

  • Working as part of the Warrant Recovery team, you will liaise with third parties and resolve any issues that may occur during in progress warrants.
  • Case manage raised enquiries regarding customer smart meters, which have abnormal activity alerts.
  • Communicate with engineers and third-party warrant organisations to manage and resolve issues related to warrants.
  • Audit third party warrant jobs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
