What does this role involve?
As a Product Manager, you’ll own and drive a key product set within a defined value stream, shaping strategy, setting priorities, and delivering real customer and business outcomes. Working closely with your Senior Product Manager, you’ll create and evolve a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product growth. You’ll collaborate with business and engineering teams to define the right solutions, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and lead delivery through Agile teams. You’ll manage a well-prioritised backlog, ensure clarity across stakeholders, and use data and insights to track performance and continuously improve. Just as importantly, you’ll champion product-led ways of working, focusing on outcomes, encouraging collaboration, and keeping the customer at the centre of everything you deliver.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a collaborative, outcome-focused Product Manager with proven experience delivering products in complex environments. You’ll bring strong knowledge of product management and Agile delivery, with the ability to balance discovery and execution. You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels, able to challenge, influence, and translate between business and technical teams. You’re data-driven, organised in your thinking, and comfortable prioritising competing demands to deliver value at pace. Most importantly, you’re a strong team player who enjoys working closely with engineering, takes ownership, and is passionate about building products that genuinely improve customer experience.
