The Role
As Marketing Strategy & Delivery Manager for Luxion Group, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our multi-brand, multi-channel marketing function. This is a standalone role responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to how marketing strategy is delivered across the Group. You’ll work closely with brand teams and specialist functions (Digital, Communications, Video and Design) to ensure marketing activity is well planned, prioritised, and aligned to business objectives. You’ll own the operating model for marketing delivery, ensuring work is governed effectively, resources are used efficiently and outcomes are clearly measured. Alongside delivery leadership, you’ll support and help shape group marketing strategy, providing insight, challenge, and structure to ensure activity delivers meaningful commercial and brand impact. With multiple workstreams running simultaneously, you’ll set direction, manage priorities and maintain momentum, acting as a key partner to senior stakeholders across the Group.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the planning, coordination, and governance of marketing delivery across all Luxion Group brands.
- Translating strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and roadmaps.
- Setting and embedding ways of working that improve consistency, quality, and accountability.
- Coordinating activity across specialist marketing teams while retaining ownership of outcomes.
- Supporting the development and refinement of group-wide marketing strategy.
- Managing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring resources are focused where they add most value.
- Monitoring performance, demonstrating ROI, and driving continuous improvement.
- Leading and developing team members within the central marketing function.
