Salary: £32,000 with a discretionary 10% bonus

We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team and support the Payroll and Benefits Manager and Payroll Supervisor in delivering accurate, compliant, and people-focused payroll and benefits services across the group. This is a hands-on role where you will take the lead on the end-to-end processing of multiple PAYE payrolls, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and in line with UK legislation. Alongside payroll, you will play a key role in the administration of our employee benefits, working closely with external providers to support implementation, ongoing management, and continuous improvement. You will be data-led in your approach, using insight and trends to identify opportunities to enhance processes and support senior stakeholders with meaningful information. Collaboration is central to this role, so you will work closely with the People Team, Finance and IT, particularly when delivering projects or system enhancements. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards of compliance and data integrity, keeping up to date with legislative changes and system updates. With an eye on the future, you will actively look for ways to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation, helping the payroll and benefits function continue to evolve and add value across the business.
