At Luxion Group, we are driven by ambition, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence, and we know that great people make great things happen. We are looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to partner closely with our Chief Financial Officer. This is a key role that keeps the engine running smoothly, ensuring the CFO can stay focused on the strategic priorities shaping our future.
As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will take ownership of the CFO's, CEO and Chief Customer Contact Officer's busy schedules, managing complex diaries, anticipating priorities, and keeping everything running with precision and calm. You will handle meetings end-to-end, preparing agendas, capturing accurate minutes, and driving follow-up actions, ensuring conversations lead to progress.
Your strong written communication skills and keen eye for detail will be essential for creating, editing, and distributing high quality reports, board papers, presentations, and other key documents. You will also be involved in a range of projects and initiatives, providing support that ensures deadlines are met and outcomes are delivered successfully. Event coordination will fall within your remit too, where your organisational flair will help plan and deliver seamless business-related events. Additionally, you will take responsibility for arranging travel, managing logistics with care, all with sustainability in mind.
Day to day, you will also act as a gatekeeper and communication hub, screening calls, prioritising correspondence, and ensuring timely responses while maintaining absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
To thrive in this role, you will bring experience supporting senior or executive leaders, ideally within an office environment where high standards, discretion, and excellent communication are essential. You will be highly organised, comfortable with systems, creating processes, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels. Strong IT skills, especially within the Microsoft Office suite, are key.
Luxion Group offers a collaborative, people-centred environment where you can take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and make a real impact. If you are someone who enjoys being the steady, organised centre of a fast-moving business, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape and support the work of key executive leaders.
