Luxion Group is seeking a Designer/Facilitator to join our Organisational Development team. This role is at the heart of creating bold, innovative learning experiences that inspire our employees and accelerates performance across every Luxion Group brand.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials and competency-based learning programmes, creating interactive and engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline 360 / Captivate.
- Directly support our mission to enhance competency levels and align learning interventions with organisational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and virtual sessions to support business requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning interventions to maximise impact and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Creative and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in instructional design principles and the use of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management skills and a background in implementing Organisational Development (OD) approaches, with a solid understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Technology-savvy mindset with expertise in LMS platforms and authoring tools; digital design skills are highly desirable.
