Job Title: Commercial Sales Administrator- 6 Months Fixed Term Contract Location: Colchester / Remote Salary: £24,960 Pro-Rata Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week Established in 2003, Utilita is the UK's first – and still only – energy company created to help customers use less energy, by giving them better control via digital technology. Are you an experienced administrator, who has a good eye for detail? If so then, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Commercial Sales Team in Colchester. What does this role involve? As part of our Commercial Sales Team, you will support the onboarding and renewals of our commercial customer accounts. You will communicate with external brokers and customers in relation to any questions or queries they may have. Day to day, you will; ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales; verifying contracts received, before registering them on the system; liaise with internal stakeholders.Who are we looking for? Working as part of a team, your role will vary from day-to-day, so you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and be receptive to change. You will have great attention to detail and work well under pressure. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to travel to our Colchester office for weekly team days on a Monday & Tuesday.
