Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Participate in regular outbound campaigns to improve billing accuracy by obtaining meter readings and arranging meter installations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and liaise closely with Sales Executives & Business Development Managers.
- Proactively manage business customer debt, addressing non‑payment issues in a timely manner.
- Support customers through the complaints process, ensuring a considerate and customer‑focused approach.
