The Role

As part of the HSE team, you’ll support field, office and warehouse operations, helping to identify, assess and manage risk across the organisation. You’ll work closely with experienced HSE professionals, gaining exposure and carrying out audits, risk assessments and incident investigations while developing your confidence and capability in a hands-on environment. This is a development-focused role; a NEBOSH qualification isn’t essential, but you’ll be willing to work towards this with our support.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re open to candidates at an earlier stage in their HSE career, whether you’re currently working as an HSE Coordinator or have gained some exposure to health & safety and want to take the next step.
  • You might have some experience supporting HSE activities within a similar environment.
  • Be passionate about health & safety and keen to build a career in this space.
  • You’ll have strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • You’ll also be confident communicating with people at all levels and building relationships on site.
  • Most importantly, you’ll bring motivation, eagerness to learn and be ready to develop your HSE skills!
