Do you enjoy owning critical IT products and defining product vision and breaking it down into meaningful epics and stories? Do you thrive on close collaboration with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver real value?

About us: We are a leading UK technology company delivering transformative, data-driven solutions for the energy sector and beyond. With two decades of experience, we help organisations unlock the power of smart data to improve efficiency, reduce cost to serve, and enhance customer experience. Trusted by millions of households and major industry partners, our innovative platforms and energy data management solutions support a smarter, more sustainable future. Our passionate team of problem solvers is committed to building technology that truly makes a difference, and our promise is to put customers at the heart of everything we do.

What does this role involve? As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of an existing product, working closely with stakeholders, customers, and Agile delivery teams to enhance its capabilities by defining, prioritising, and writing clear epics and stories. You will manage and refine the product backlog, balance competing priorities, and ensure features are aligned with strategic goals, ensuring the product delivers real value to both the business and its users. You will play a key role throughout the delivery lifecycle, planning iterations, reviewing progress, accepting deliverables, and ensuring all outputs meet agreed acceptance criteria. Alongside this, you will monitor product performance, analyse data and user feedback, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and maximise product value.

Who are we looking for? You will have proven experience defining product visions and roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders, and successfully delivering IT solutions in an Agile environment. You are comfortable making data-driven decisions, prioritising backlogs based on business value, and clearly communicating requirements to technical teams. You will bring a collaborative mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to challenge, influence, and guide decisions when needed. A natural problem-solver, you are driven by outcomes, user experience, and continuous improvement. Most importantly, you take true ownership of your product, from understanding user needs and translating them into value-driven features, to ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing enhancement.
