Luxion Group Limited is seeking a Customer Recoveries Advisor to join our Credit Risk team. You will handle incoming and outbound calls to agree payment plans with customers, covering both domestic and commercial accounts, and you will build rapport quickly to resolve balances.
Day to day you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, keep customer records up to date, and resolve queries within SLA targets.
