Position Overview
LGV / Non LGV Drivers role at Luxfords, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0XQ. Luxfords of Weybridge is an expanding Removals/Storage & Shipping Company that is part of the Doree Bonner International Group.
Career Development & Compensation
- Accelerated Career Development Plan for all Employees, including funded Car Licence or HGV Test, supervisor training, etc.
- Overtime rates kick in after standard hours with annual OTE between £37,000 – £46,000.
- Team camaraderie promoted through daily work on moves for various customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensuring timetables and service expectations are maintained.
- Driving long or short distances.
- Performing physically demanding tasks such as packing, wrapping, loading and unloading goods.
- May involve some weekend working.
- Occasionally act as a Move Team Member and have the potential and desire to progress to Move Team Leader.
- Possible progression to LGV Driver if not already.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in removals is ideal but not essential.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Clean UK Driving licence.
- Good level of fitness.
- Eligible to work in the UK.

- Competitive salary rate of pay from £12.50 – £15.00 dependant on experience and type of licence held.
