Role Overview
As a Warehouse & Packaging Technician, you’ll work alongside a collaborative warehouse team to ensure materials are safely and efficiently received, stored, packed, and dispatched. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks to move products between production areas and warehouses
- Load and unload delivery vehicles/containers
- Package finished goods (e.g. ingots and weld rods) into drums, bags, pallets or other transport containers
- Label products accurately and consistently
- Enter transactions into our SAP system
- Support stock counts when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across work areas
- Identify and report hazards, breakdowns, or maintenance issues
- Follow 5S practices and manage your workload to meet shipment deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or equivalent, including Maths, English, and Science
- Valid FLT licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
