Luxfer MEL Technologies is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the site engineering and operations team at Swinton. You will oversee utilities, boilers, water treatment and effluent systems, ensuring regulatory compliance (EA permit, ISO 14001) and driving energy efficiency across the facility.
You will report to the Head of Engineering, manage onsite engineers and contractors, and help develop apprentices while keeping production facilities safe and compliant.
