Working for the Continuous Improvement team you will support operations across the Magnesium and Zirconium arena.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated university-level summer student to support the improvement of our production data capture systems within a materials manufacturing environment. This role will focus on migrating, reviewing and enhancing production logsheets onto Microsoft Power Apps. These systems are critical to capturing accurate production data for zirconium-based products and supporting shop floor operations. This will expose you to a manufacturing environment and how products are made.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Power Apps production logsheets migrated from InfoPath
- Identify and resolve errors, formatting issues and functionality gaps
- Improve usability and consistency for production teams
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate improvements
- Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure reliability and performance
- Document updates and support continuous improvement of digital tools

Education
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including Maths, English and Science
