Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proven Team Leader to join our Zirconium Team. In this role, you will ensure your team follows manufacturing procedures safely and efficiently to meet production plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure highest health and safety standards are maintained whilst reinforcing safety first culture.
- Organise department’s activities to ensure agreed production plans are completed.
- Lead daily production meetings and maintain KPI reporting data, including 5S and visual factory information to support Luxfer BEST Lean module and various scorecards.
- Lead by example demonstrating commitment and accountability for continuous improvement and positive change, including the mentoring of apprentices.
- Foster an environment of learning.
