In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam. Sales Advisor Responsibilities: Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude;Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance;Ensure brand loyalty by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty;Drive CRM at your location and maintain the customer database;Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to grow your customer base and customer spend, including approaching customers for events such as private sales, in-store events or new product/collection launches;As a proactive member of the team, collaborate in achieving shop objectives.
