Optician - Luxury Brand - New Opening Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for 3 Opticians for a prestigious luxury brand.
This position is for their New boutique in London.
The opening is scheduled for February, with the possibility to start in January for training.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities: Provide a personalized, high-quality service to clients, delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience.
Specialized consultations Demonstrate excellent product knowledge during the sales process.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to the brand.
Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand's values and high standards, guaranteeing a premium experience.
Foster a supportive and collaborative environment within the team, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements: Previous experience in luxury retail and assisted sales.
Qualification as an optician.
Understanding and experience with key KPIs.
Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs and expectations.
Passion for the product.
Team spirit and a proactive approach.
