From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail FMCG, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients, an International Accessories & Footwear brand. The role will be based in their London office.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Initiate, lead and develop the Digital Marketing strategy for Western markets, aligning with overall business goals
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider Marketing team to continually improve the performance of all digital marketing activity
  • Adopt a test and learn mentality whilst testing new innovative ideas to drive performance
  • Analyse performance, provide detailed reports and utilise insights to continually optimise campaigns
  • Take full ownership of the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised and ROAS targets are being met
  • Keep up to date with industry updates, regularly sharing opportunities and recommendations on new initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with partners
  • Line management and development of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • 3+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing role
  • Proven track record of achieving campaign KPIs
  • A strong analytical mindset, with a proven ability to make data driven decisions
  • Tech literacy, skills in Excel
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Proven experience of managing large media budgets
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Line management experience
  • Knowledge of fashion retail is preferred
  • Able to work as part of a small team in a rapidly changing business
