Position: Business Development Representative
Luxeholdinggroup is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and industries
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress to the management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Proven track record of success in developing and closing new business deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is a plus
