We are currently looking for a Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury fashion brand, for their boutique in London.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Promote the growth and development of the sales team, with the goal of achieving targets
- Monitor and continuously improve KPIs with clear objectives
- Conduct strategic business analysis, supported by weekly and monthly reports, to meet company goals
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients, encouraging loyalty and regular appointments
- Drive team performance by delivering an outstanding client experience and effective CRM management
- Ensure compliance with operational excellence standards, consistently monitoring efficiency and process quality
- Maintain the visual appeal and care of the store layout, ensuring the boutique is always in impeccable condition
Store Manager Requirements:
