Luxe Talent, an international recruitment agency specializing in Retail, Fashion & Luxury, is looking for 3 Sales Advisors for a children’s clothing brand. The company is about to open its first European store in the heart of London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service, ensuring every client receives a warm, welcoming and memorable experience.
- Support customers in selecting products, offering guidance on sizing, styling and product features.
- Maintain excellent visual standards throughout the store, ensuring merchandise is presented neatly and creatively.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Replenish stock on the shop floor and assist with back-of-house operations, including deliveries and inventory management.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets through client engagement and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand values.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer goods.
