We are seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join a well-established, dynamic and growing organisation in the electronics sector based in Hook, Hampshire. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing sales orders and acting as a key interface between customers and the company. This includes:

  • Processing of sales orders, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Dealing promptly and efficiently with customer enquiries and any other customer issues.
  • Managing and developing relationships with customers, identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Sending quotations to customers and progressing via a CRM system.
  • Raising sales invoices for completed and dispatched orders.
  • Maintaining and developing the Company CRM system.
  • Supporting external Account Managers in their work.
  • Lead generation and qualification of new customers using databases, web search and LinkedIn.
  • General office, telephony, call filtering and other duties as the management of the company may at times reasonably require.
