We're currently recruiting Production Operatives to form a brand-new night shift team for one of our valued clients. Due to continued growth, this role plays a key part in increasing production output and efficiency, supporting the business as it scales and capitalises on rising demand.
Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am Plus a 6-hour shift (12:00am - 6:00am) on either Sunday or Friday (TBC)
To be considered:
- A valid forklift licence is essential
- Previous production experience in dispensary, compounding, or chemical handling is preferred, but full training can be provided if not.
Duties Include:
- To manufacture batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
- To replenish stocks/supplies when required
- Fill finished batches into final pack when required
- To take a role in continuous improvement of processes
- Accurate input of Batch data orders via Computer system
- Adhering to manufacturing plan
- Adopt a clean as you go approach
- Input to company stock take
- Compliant on for accuracy and scope required by customers/demands
