Our client is a friendly, family-run business and a well-established B2B supplier to the hospitality, retail and commercial sectors. With an excellent reputation and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a commercially focused Marketing Executive who can take ownership of the marketing activity and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
This is a hands-on, office-based role where you'll be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand, generate quality leads and support the sales team. You'll understand how to position a business within its market, identify the right marketing channels and use modern marketing tools, including AI, to create marketing assets, improve efficiency and maximise campaign performance. The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, finding the right person is our priority.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a 12-month B2B marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives.
- Create and deliver lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media and digital channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified enquiries and support business development activity.
- Build brand awareness by promoting the business through the most effective marketing channels, industry platforms and events.
- Create engaging marketing content including emails, newsletters, product launches, case studies, blogs, brochures, lookbooks and sales collateral using AI and design tools where appropriate.
- Manage and update website content and landing pages to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, website traffic and lead generation metrics, making recommendations to maximise return on investment.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign planning, marketing automation and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Coordinate external suppliers, agencies and print providers where required.
- Ensure all marketing activity is aligned with the company's brand, values and commercial objectives.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience within a B2B Marketing Executive or similar marketing role.
- Commercially minded with a passion for generating leads, supporting sales and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of branding, customer positioning and selecting the right marketing channels to reach target audiences.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Confident using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, website CMS platforms, social media and marketing analytics.
- AI savvy, with experience using AI and design tools to create professional marketing assets and improve productivity.
- Able to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations to improve marketing performance.
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
