We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join an excellent client of ours based in Haverhill as part of a small friendly team..

The Job:
Summary: Checking of goods-in, general housekeeping, forklift operation, picking and packing of goods to be dispatched, loading and unloading of vehicles and putting items together.
- To work as part of a small friendly team
- Unloading and loading of lorries
- Driving forklift
- Heavy lifting involved up to 20kg
- Picking and Packing of orders
- Computer literate to keep stock levels up to date
- Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping.
- Building frames – use of power tools experience beneficial
The Candidate:
- Experience of working to standard warehousing practices.
- Experience of safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Forklift Licence a distinct advantage.
- Driving license (essential).
- Able to work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis.
- Keen eye for detail.
This role does involve heavy lifting and can be physically demanding, so please bear this in mind before applying.
In return, my client will be offering a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 DOE with the opportunity for overtime where needed.
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)
