The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
We are currently recruiting factory/production operatives for a great client of ours to support the factory team in areas such as Goods In, Materials Handling, Despatch and compounding. The key objectives of the role are to support the factory team in ensuring both productivity and volume levels are met, ensuring batch specifications are followed. The role will be Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between early and late shifts. You will need a forklift licence to be considered for any of the roles within the team.
Duties Include:
- To manufacture batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
- To replenish stocks/supplies when required
- Fill finished batches into final pack when required
- To take a role in continuous improvement of processes
- Accurate input of Batch data orders via Computer system
- Adhering to manufacturing plan
- Adopt a clean as you go approach
- Input to company stock take
- Compliant on for accuracy and scope required by customers/demands
- Liaise with all relevant parties to get queries resolved in a timely fashion
- Escalating queries when they reach a certain time scale
- Supplying information to shift manager
- Flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirement
- Customer satisfaction, by ensuring internal customers are kept fully up to date with timely and accurate information
