ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Refurbishment Technician, your primary focus will be the refurbishment process of returned water systems, ensuring every unit is restored to peak performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Refurbishment: Diagnose root causes of product returns and carry out refurbishment of returned or broken water home systems, following specifications and training provided by the Quality Manager. Ensure all repairs are completed correctly the first time to prevent repeat returns. Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements that enhance repair quality and reduce future returns.
- Communication and Teamwork: Be a valued member of the team communicating with your team lead to continue to improve results. Step up to support when your team needs.
