We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer in
Manchester with plumbing and/or white goods knowledge to join and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding, innovative subscription-based business in the water systems sector who are helping 100,000’s of people every day to live healthier lives.

This role does not require specific industry experience as full training will be provided , however you must drive , have at least basic knowledge of plumbing or white goods , experience working in a field service role, and possess excellent customer service skills.

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the hero ensuring customers get the most out of their game-changing water systems, making installations a breeze and providing top-notch maintenance on every interaction.
This includes
- Covering your allocated region and assisting others in your team if needed.
- High completion rates for all jobs either installing or repairing systems for customers.
- Carrying out repairs.
- Identifying and fixing issues first time to avoid return visits.
- Provide an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property.
- Installing products incustomer'shomes.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, error-free and leaving homes clean & tidy.
- Set up and demonstrate the product for the customer, ensuring they enjoy all the amazing features.
- Positive and frequent communication with the scheduling and stock teams to ensure issues are swiftly resolved.
- Go out of your way to drive positive reviews and customer recommendations.
- Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in the systems.
- Record all stock consumption accurately to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts.
- Complete all stock takes accurately and on time.

The company offer a competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience), with an OTEof £33,500 - £37,500 made from multiple monthly incentives & bonuses.
This is based on a 37.5 hour working week with regular overtime available should you wish to earn more!
